Janie Hendrix brings special talents and experience to the buyers and sellers of businesses. She has owned, bought, and sold businesses for her own interest, which gives her a unique understanding of the emotional as well as the financial investment in a major life transition. Ms. Hendrix grew up on a farm and participated in family business interests at a young age. She has been a co-owner of a steel construction company for ten years, and owned and managed her personal business for 15 years. Being a licensed real estate professional has given her the edge over many who only work with the business aspects, whereas Ms. Hendrix can also work with the real property aspect when needed, and assist a client in the purchase of a business plus a building, or land, or even with a commercial lease. She also volunteers her time and has worked in a prison ministry for seven years, holding several positions in that ministry. She is also on the Board of Directors of Taylor Realty Children’s Charities.
